Nitin Dhotre
Co-Founder | LND Construction
With 12+ years of professional experience, I am a hands-on construction professional and co-founder of LND Construction, actively involved in planning, execution, and overall project coordination.
My journey began with a Master’s degree in Marketing from Sinhgad College, Pune, followed by professional experience as a Sales Area Manager in the Education sector. This background has given me strong expertise in client understanding, communication, and structured execution—skills that I now apply directly to the construction industry.
I later transitioned into our family construction business with a clear vision: to build a company known for quality workmanship, transparency, and timely delivery. Over the years, I have been closely involved in the new construction and renovation of bungalows, homes, and resorts, and more recently, in residential and commercial projects ranging from G+1 to G+10 structures.
I strongly believe in a hands-on approach at every stage of the project, working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure clarity, control, and consistent quality. Attention to detail, disciplined execution, and on-ground involvement are core principles that guide my work.
At LND Construction, my focus is to deliver reliable, value-driven construction solutions while building long-term trust with every client.
Lakhan Dhotre
Co-Founder | LND Construction
With 15+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, I am a co-founder of LND Construction, deeply involved in on-site execution, team coordination, and quality control across projects.
I began my career at an early stage by working closely with my father, a well-known RCC contractor in Pune, where I gained strong technical exposure to RCC work for residential buildings. During this phase, I worked as a site supervisor, learning construction fundamentals directly on the field—from reinforcement and shuttering to concreting and structural execution.
Over time, my role expanded beyond RCC execution into complete project handling, where I started collaborating with architects through my father’s professional network. This allowed me to work on a wide range of new construction and renovation projects, including bungalows, homes, resorts, farmhouses, row houses, and road construction within residential and commercial societies.
I am known for my strong execution capabilities, effective communication with site teams, and practical problem-solving approach on site. I believe that disciplined supervision, clear instructions, and consistent monitoring are essential to maintaining quality and timelines.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Garware College, Pune, and bring a field-driven mindset that complements planning and client coordination efforts at LND Construction. My focus remains on delivering structurally sound, well-executed projects with attention to detail at every stage.
